Privacy policy
Short version: the contact form collects the minimum needed to reply to you. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, and you can ask for deletion any time.
What we collect
When you use the contact form (or the Free Books Health Check form), we collect exactly what you type: your name, email address, company (optional), and your message. If you arrive via the lead magnet, we also record that you asked for the Books Health Check so we send the right thing.
How it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database backing this site. Access is limited to Arslan Abbas, the founder Abbas. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts on this site — the only third-party code that can load is the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check on the contact form, and only after it's configured.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form data only as long as needed to respond and maintain the business relationship — and we delete it on request, no questions asked.
Deletion on request
Email privacy@PLACEHOLDER — (placeholder address; replace with the real contact before launch) — from the address you used in the form, and your data will be deleted. The same deletion promise covers client engagements: on offboarding, your data is deleted from our side and confirmed in writing.
Security
Two-factor authentication on every account, credentials in a password manager, encrypted devices. No system is perfect, but these are the checkable basics — and they're actually in place.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
